   Bens Pharmacy (“we”) sends text messages about your pharmacy service, including prescription ready-for-pickup notices, refill reminders, delivery or order updates, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing messages by text.

   You may opt in by (a) giving consent on our patient intake or consent form, (b) telling our staff in person or by phone that you want text updates, or (c) texting us first at 386-777-7677. Consent is not a condition of receiving pharmacy services or making a purchase.

3. Message frequency.

   Varies with your prescriptions and requests, typically a few messages per month.

4. Rates.

5. Opt-out.

   Reply STOP to 386-777-7677 at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again by replying START.

7. Carriers.

   Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. No emergencies or medical advice by text.

   Texts are not monitored 24/7. For a medical emergency, call 911. For questions about your medication, call the pharmacy to speak with a pharmacist.

9. Limitation of liability.

   We are not liable for messages that are delayed, not delivered, or delivered to a number you provided in error. Please tell us if your mobile number changes.

10. Changes

    We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

11. Privacy.

    Your information is handled under the SMS Privacy Policy below and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
